Freightfolio is a done-for-you document-processing service. That means we handle sensitive business documents every day, so here’s exactly what happens to them.

What we collect

Only what you send us to do the work: freight documents you forward (rate confirmations, bills of lading, proofs of delivery, receipts), the contact details you provide, and basic records of the service we delivered (reports produced, volume processed).

How we use it

To process your documents and deliver your reports — nothing else. Your documents are never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used to train shared models. We don’t run ads, we don’t sell data, and we don’t contact your customers or carriers.

How long we keep it

Working copies of your documents are kept only as long as needed to process them and support your reports. Specific retention terms go in your service agreement. When the agreement ends, your data is deleted on request — and we confirm in writing when it’s done.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll handle it.

Security basics

Documents arrive by email to a dedicated address — no shared portals, no extra logins to manage. Access to customer documents is limited to the people doing your processing, and we don’t store your documents anywhere beyond what the service needs to run.
